If you’re looking to find a therapeutic massage therapist in the northern Colorado Springs area, rest assured that our team of massage therapists are here to address your muscular and mental needs.

Our highly-trained team at Camino uses this location as a national training campus for anatomy-based myofascial barefoot massage where we teach you how to critically think about what your feet are doing to the underlying tissue, why we are doing it, and how to use your feet as an extremely effective tool to help clients relax and reduce their pain. Our team is also highly trained and skilled in deep tissue, ashiatsu, sports, and prenatal massage. We are here to increase your range of motion, nourish your joints, and improve your state of mental well-being.

Our quiet and relaxing space located just north of Garden of the Gods Park is designed to decrease stress and place you at ease, no matter what level of pain you enter with. Our goal here at Camino Massage is to transform your health with consistent massage therapy for years to come.

After your massage or training is through at this location, we highly recommend taking a relaxing walk through the Garden of the Gods, only a 10 minute drive down the road. It is here you can take advantage of a brisk hike, yoga in the park, guided nature tours, or gallop in the garden. Don’t forget too about Fox Run Park and the Santa Fe Trail nearby. Nature around us offers much in the way of feeding your parasympathetic state in a healthy way and we recommend taking advantage of the scenery surrounding our location.

If you’re needing to refresh and would like some excellent food or drink, take a stroll down the street to Marigold Cafe and Bakery, a local French patisserie, or to La Baguette French Bistro for a meal surrounded by beautiful wall murals.

If shopping sounds like more of the type of therapy you need, we recommend The Promenade Shops at Briargate, a relatively recent and ever-expanding center for shopping and bigger restaurants. Chapel Hills Mall is the largest indoor mall in Colorado Springs and is just down the road from The Promenade Shops.

Whether you’re local to the area or visiting from out of town to take part in our myofascial training, Colorado is home to many exciting and relaxing outdoor activities with access to over 53 peaks, thousands of miles of trails, and 26 ski resorts. There is never a shortage of activities here in this amazing city.

Be sure to contact our Garden of the God’s location to book your myofascial training class or schedule your massage today!
