When booking our Recovery Room downtown you reserve the Sauna, Cold Plunge and the Shower for the entire duration of your session!
The 15 minute recovery room session is perfect for a quick cold plunge session or as a warm up sauna before your massage.
The 30 minute recovery room session is good for a quick Contrast therapy session in our Sauna then straight into the cold plunge or a longer Sauna session if your looking to feel the sweat and have a quick shower.
The 45 minute recovery room session is great for a longer Contrast therapy session in our Sauna then straight into the cold plunge or a longer Sauna session if your looking to feel the most benefits and have more time to relax and utilize the shower.
The 60 minute recovery room session is recommended for someone a little more experienced with Sauna or Contrast therapy. If your looking for a longer relaxing Sauna before going straight into the cold plunge or a longer more intense Sauna session to feel the most benefits and have more time to utilize the Shower.
