Front Desk Sales Associate 

Overview:

Camino’s Front Desk Staff is responsible for various administrative and office organization duties that are crucial to the everyday flow and overall client experience. They are the first point of contact for clients and the primary communication hub between clients, therapists, and managerial staff.

The front desk staff displays remarkable attention to detail, and they are comfortable in changing or unforeseen circumstances. They are dependable, reliable, and punctual.

In addition to various strengths-based projects assigned to each front desk staff member, regular responsibilities include the following:
  • Booking & modifying appointments
  • Data entry
  • Preparing therapy rooms and office organization
  • Merchandising/inventory tracking
  • Client communication
  • Checking out clients and maintaining knowledge of POS system
Additional Must-Haves:
  • Proficient with computers & G-Suite Google Apps
  • Experience in social media content creation & e-newsletters/communication
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in an office setting
