Focus: Lower body, Legs, Hips
Focus flow is a 60 minute slow flow class, where students will be guided through varying and accessible postures to activate and stretch specific areas of the body. Each class will start by discussing and understanding specific muscle groups, connecting breath and mind to movement as we flow through different postures to activate, stretch, and relieve within a focused muscle group.
This class is accessible to all levels, beginners welcome. Modifications will always be offered.
