An adults only class to connect with your mom – Yoga flow & creative art – 18+ – Move, connect, and paint with mom!
This workshop blends a gentle yoga flow, simple meditation, and intuitive art to create space for connection between you and your mom.
You’ll move, breathe and create side by side, allowing the experience itself to create a deeper connection between you both, and open up conversation that you and your mom can come back to time and time again. No art or yoga experience needed- just a willingness to show up as you are and share time with the person who helped make you, you.
Designed for mothers/mother figures and their adult children.
You will leave this workshop more connected and with a piece of art for you to cherish.
$80 per couple ($40 per person)
