Intro into healing Massage for your children – Workshop class – Kids 7 and up
Taking time for self-care is essential for not only us but our children as well. this class is designed to help you and your child come together with safe touch & lots of communication to bring you both in to a relaxed co-regulated state. No matter if your child is an athlete or just an active child all of our kids are growing and would benefit from a massage from Mom.
You will learn tools you can use in your everyday life that help calm the body and release tension. Mommy & Me: Massage at Camino is an educational experience that will teach you to safely and easily massage and connect with your child & we will even show them some easy ways to massage Mom too!
